How it works
Four steps. The last one is yours.
We do your most recent month of books in full, free, before you agree to anything. You see real work on your own numbers and then you decide.
The Two-Day Guarantee— Your first month back in two days, or the next month is free.
The sequence
What actually happens.
You answer a few questions
About two minutes on your phone. Trade, size, how far behind the books are, and what is actually costing you. It is not a form for our records — it decides what we look at first in your month.
We get read-only access
Your bank, your cards, and whatever software you are on. Read-only means we can see transactions and we cannot move a dollar. If your bank offers a dedicated accountant login, we use that instead.
We do your most recent month in full
Not a sample and not a preview. Every transaction categorized, accounts reconciled, a P&L and balance sheet, job-level separation, and a one-page summary in plain English. A US CPA reviews and signs it.
You look at it. Then you decide.
We walk you through it on a call. If you want to carry on, we scope the engagement and talk price then — once we both know what is actually involved. If you do not, that is the end of it, and the month we did is yours to keep.
The two days
Where the time goes.
Two days from access to finished books. If we miss it, your next month is free.
- Day 0
Call, then read-only access set up.
- Days 1–5
Production work. Questions come to you in one batch, not in a trickle.
- Days 5–6
US CPA review and sign-off.
- Day 7
Finished books back to you. Miss this and your next month is free.
What we need from you
Almost nothing, and that is the point.
Read-only access
Bank, cards, accounting software. Set up once, in about ten minutes on the call.
One batch of questions
There will be transactions only you can identify. We collect them and send them once, not one at a time all week.
Thirty minutes at the end
To walk through the finished month together, so it is not just a file in your inbox.
We'll do last month for free. Then you decide.
No card, no contract, and the work is yours to keep either way.
