The Two-Day Guarantee

About

You built it. We keep the books that hold it up.

Someone started with a truck, a license and a phone number, and built something that now employs people. That is the business we work for. We are not the story — we are the part underneath it that nobody sees.

The Two-Day GuaranteeYour first month back in two days, or the next month is free.

What we do

One kind of business. On purpose.

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing and pest control. We turned down the chance to be a general bookkeeping firm because knowing a trade is most of the job.

A bookkeeper who has never worked a contracting business will categorize your supply house runs correctly and still tell you nothing useful. They will not know to split insurance work from retail work, or that your maintenance agreements have their own margin, or that a rained-out April is a cash flow event rather than a bad month.

We do cash-basis books by default, because that is how most contractors actually think about money. If accrual makes sense for your situation — bonding, financing, a larger commercial book — we talk about it after onboarding, once we can see the shape of the business.

How we work

Straight talk, because you get pitched constantly.

  • We do the work before you pay for it

Your most recent month, in full, free. You see real work on your own numbers before you commit to anything. It is the whole argument, and it is the only one we lead with.

  • Two days, or the next month is free

A deadline that costs us money if we miss it. That is the only kind worth stating.

  • A US CPA signs every file

Every month, every client, before it reaches you. Not a spot check on a sample. That review is the part that makes the rest of it worth anything.

  • No pricing until we have seen the books

Every engagement is scoped to the business. Nobody can quote you honestly before they have looked, and anyone who does is guessing.

  • We do not upsell

You have a problem. We fix that problem. If something else would genuinely help we will say so once, on a call, and then leave it.

Who signs your books

Meet the CPA who reviews every file.

Our team handles the production work — the categorizing, the reconciling, the month-end close. Nothing reaches you until it has been through this review.

Reviewing accountant

Darren is a US CPA and former Big 4 auditor with eight years behind him. He reviews and signs off every set of books before it reaches a client — every month, every client, not a sample. His job is to give business owners practical, strategic financial guidance so they can run and grow the business with confidence.

  • 8 years of experience
  • Reviews every file, every month
  • Bookkeeping and financial reporting

Accurate records, monthly reports delivered on time, and clear visibility into how the business is actually performing.

  • Cash flow and budget management

Planning and monitoring cash flow, setting budgets, and seeing shortfalls coming far enough ahead to do something about them.

  • Financial statements and year-end

Compliant financial statements prepared, and support through audit or tax season so the handoff to your CPA is one email.

  • Xero, QuickBooks and Excel

Setting up or cleaning up your accounting software, then supporting it so the process stays streamlined rather than degrading again.

  • Business insights and strategic advice

Financial analysis that supports real decisions — improving profitability, understanding which work pays, and planning for growth.

You deal with people, not a ticket queue. Everything runs through scheduled calls, so you are never on hold and never chasing somebody for an answer.

We'll do last month for free. Then you decide.
